About the Author: Daniel Nabil Maroun
The author teaches French and Translation studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His primary axe of research is representations of HIV/AIDS in French literature and cinema in particular how the subject constitutes him or herself in relation to the virus.
